Bidders must provide the auctioneer with their full name, mailing address, and telephone number. Registration closes shortly before the auction. Please arrive early to register.  

2. Successful bidders are required to make payment in full prior to the conclusion of the auction. Checks shall be paid to the order of: Property Tax Division of the Taxation and Revenue Department.
